Rihanna is a style icon that communicates through her style. This moguls driving force behind the pieces in her collection was to have pieces that represented the people. My interpretation of her line would be categorized as sophisticated chic. Every piece gives off the vibe of an effortless slay.
What I like about Fenty Fashion the most is that it showcases how multifaceted woman are today. She showcased the pieces on different body types in her pop up shops to help people envision what the clothes would look like on them. The image of high-end fashion, with the help of Rihanna, no longer has one face.
Rihanna, as we all know, is undefinable. She shows up as herself in whatever way she pleases. This message is seen in within this collection. The simplistic pieces allows for room for one’s self-expression through their use of accessories. To me, this line serves as an exemplar for people to dare to be their full and authentic selves.
